Internal Sales Representative

For over 70 years, Richa has been a leading player in the motorcycle clothing industry. Thanks to our extensive expertise in production, sales, marketing, and supply chain, Richa is a global authority in over 40 countries. To strengthen our commercial department, we are looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative.

Your role:

As an Internal Sales Representative, you are the link between Richa and our valued customers. You maintain and deepen customer relationships, driving the sales of our high-quality motorcycle clothing products. You are the engine behind our success.

What you will do:

  • Manage existing customer relationships with passion and dedication, and expand our customer portfolio in the European B2B motorcycle clothing market.
  • Actively identify sales opportunities with existing customers and promote tailor-made sales packages.
  • Strive to achieve sales goals, monitor sales performance, and successfully organize sales and collection presentations.
  • Support the Wholesale Director in servicing and following up on international key accounts. Report customer trends to the Wholesale Director.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to support the sales strategy.
  • Provide professional customer service for inquiries.

What we expect from you:

  • A driven sales talent with a passion for customer relations.
  • At least a bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience.
  • B2B sales experience, preferably in (technical) clothing, sports, automotive, or outdoor sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Navision) and sales reporting is a plus.
  • Good command of Dutch, English, and French, both verbally and in writing.

Customer Service Assistant

To strengthen our commercial department, we are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant.

Your role:

As a Customer Service Assistant, you're vital to supporting the brand's business. You'll assist sales, logistics, and procurement by managing orders, coordinating with suppliers and customers, and providing B2B customer service. Your role ensures smooth operations and contributes to the brand's growth and success.

What you will do:

  • B2B Customer Support: Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns regarding orders, products, and services.
  • Order Management: Processing incoming orders, ensuring accurate documentation, tracking order status, and collaborating with the warehouse to facilitate timely delivery.
  • Sales Support: Assisting the sales team in preparing sales reports, monitoring sales data.
  • Inventory Management: Checking stock levels, collaborating with the warehouse to maintain optimal stock levels, and conducting regular stock reconciliations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Performing general commercial administrative tasks, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, organizing commercial meetings.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate B2B customer records: sales transactions, invoices, contracts, and payments.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contributing to the improvement of commercial processes and systems by making suggestions for streamlining operations and improving efficiency.
  • Support in organizing dealer events and exhibitions.

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor's degree with entrepreneurial spirit
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role
  • Fluent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Experience with ERP systems (Navision) is a strong plus
  • Good command of Dutch, English, and French, both verbally and in writing.
